<container id="_idContainer152" parent_id="_idContainer153"><![CDATA[Johan Turcios Executive Director of the IE Summer School Strong believer in creating premium student experiences. He has dedicated his career to education and learning & development. He has 15+ years of experience accompanying hundreds of students ranging from University to MBA profiles coming from 20+ countries across all sectors including consumer, consulting, tech, finance and social impact sectors in their professional development. Johan has spent the first half of his career in the classroom, spearheading EdTech transformation efforts by creating ELearning content in Spain and in The Netherlands. Back in 2013 he created, designed and led an international summer program for Spanish high school students in the USA. Fast forward to 2019, he took the leap into Higher Education and joined the Talent & Careers team at IE Business School where he proudly redesigned and implemented the Career Education curriculum, operated professional development resources and platforms and managed relationships with 100+ faculty members including recruitment teams across industries.]]></container>

<container id="_idContainer178" parent_id="_idContainer179"><![CDATA[Erik Schlie Dean of the IE Summer School Before joining IE Business School, Erik was the first hired member of the founding faculty at ESMT in Berlin, an international business school start-up sponsored by corporate blue-chips. This turned him into an “academic entrepreneur” and institution-builder early on. Apart from his IE faculty role, Erik is part of two central pillars at IE Business School, being responsible for the entire MBA portfolio, as well as contributing to IE Executive Education. In addition, Erik holds a visiting professorship at ESMT and has recently been appointed Executive Education Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Since 2003, apart from building a new business school from zero, Erik has taught over 1,000 international executives in different learning settings. He has personally directed over 35 individual executive education programs, ranging in complexity from three straight days to modular six weeks. Moreover, he has designed and launched MBA and EMBA degree programs, as well as a diverse portfolio of open enrollment programs for executives.]]></container>
